    Thank you for your book Good Meat! I am the owner of a USDA federal slaughter plant! I am a wife, businesswoman, mother and sheep farmer who knew I could help others with good fresh, clean food! I have been in business with my Master Butcher, and husband and was thrilled to see your section on processors. BRAVO!!!! I get those questions a so much! I also have a cut sheet that you would be impressed by. Thanks again for such a great book and if you ever get a chance, I would love to invite you to our "slaughterhouse" that is nothing like a slaughterhouse and have a great local meal.....
